20th IFF annual meeting to take place in Nansha

The 2023 International Finance Forum (IFF) Annual Meeting will be held from Oct 27 to 29 at the newly completed IFF permanent site in Nansha, Guangzhou. This marks the seventh consecutive year that this annual IFF meeting has been held in Guangzhou.

As an independent international organization that was established by China in collaboration with G20 members and relevant international institutions, the IFF serves as a high-level permanent dialogue mechanism and multilateral cooperation institution in the global financial field. It is hailed as the "F20" of the global financial sector.

The conference will bring together the IFF presidium and council members, heads of financial regulatory authorities and institutions, business representatives, experts, and scholars.

They will engage in discussions and formulate strategies on topics such as the global economic situation and development opportunities for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

This event is expected to facilitate in-depth exchanges, promote cooperation and contribute to the continued development and advancement of the global financial industry. It will also provide a platform for exploring new prospects and building a more inclusive and prosperous financial landscape.
