The flower field, located in Zisha village, Lanhe town, is part of the base managed by the South China Seed Industry Institute of the Guangdong Academy of Sciences. Currently, pink, white, and purple blossoms are in full splendor, swaying gently in the breeze and creating a picturesque rural scenery under the sunlight.

The optimal viewing period is expected to last until mid-January. For the best photos, photographers recommend visiting between 4 pm and 5 pm, when the light is soft — as backlighting can produce particularly beautiful results.

Beyond the flower field, visitors can explore several nearby attractions. A leisurely 10-15 minute walk leads to the Zisha Greenway, ideal for a stroll or bike ride. A short drive away is a drying ground for Xiangyunsha, a traditional silk fabric, offering a glimpse into local intangible cultural heritage. Visitors can also enjoy the season's fresh, sweet sugarcane.
