Organized as part of Nansha's "Campus Recruitment 2025" initiative, the event brought together more than 20 key enterprises and research institutes, including Pony.ai and the South China Sea Institute of Oceanology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Companies also presented job seekers with the "Nansha Pass" – a benefits package offering temporary housing, interview travel subsidies, and applications for talent apartments.
The recruitment drive highlighted Nansha's strategic position in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and its comprehensive talent policy system. Following this tour, Nansha will continue its recruitment campaign in Southwest and Northeast China through November and December, strengthening its position as an emerging hub for young professionals.
