Nansha launches 2025 recruitment tour in Shanghai

The 2025 Nansha Campus Recruitment Tour kicked off at Fudan University in Shanghai on Oct 14, marking the beginning of its cross-provincial autumn recruitment campaign.

The inaugural session attracted over 400 university students, with more than 200 resumes received. Sixty-four candidates reached preliminary employment agreements with organizations from Nansha, and 22 signed contracts on-site.

The recruitment drive focuses on Nansha's prioritized "8+2+3" modern industrial system, offering more than 5,600 high-quality positions. These include over 130 openings for doctoral graduates and 110 roles with annual salaries exceeding 500,000 yuan ($70,200). Shipbuilding emerged as a popular sector, with leading companies like Guangship International and CSSC Huangpu Wenchong Shipbuilding receiving numerous applications. Some enterprises offered annual salaries of over 600,000 yuan for PhD holders.

Innovative "Partnership Agreement" policies were introduced, featuring interview travel subsidies, free accommodation, and living allowances for up to 30 months. Doctoral talents can qualify for rewards of up to 2 million yuan, while startup teams may receive funding support ranging from 100,000 to 2 million yuan. The Nansha Career Pass distributed onsite provides one-stop services for internships, employment, and housing support.

The recruitment tour will continue through the end of the year, targeting 23 universities across 14 cities nationwide. This initiative aims to foster mutual growth between talent and Nansha's high-quality development through targeted recruitment strategies.
