The 138th Canton Fair Music and Food Festival is held in three phases from Oct 15 to Nov 4 in Zone D of the China Import and Export Fair Complex.

The event includes a "Prepared Gourmet Selection" zone that highlights local Nansha agricultural products and ready-to-eat dishes, including Xinken lotus roots, golden passion fruit, and convenient prepared meals. The ICH section, represented by Danjiamei Restaurant, offers fresh traditional dishes from aquatic communities. The Macao-themed area offers authentic street snacks such as pork chop buns and Portuguese egg tarts. Additionally, brands like Monee Coffee and Timetable Kitchen combine art with light meals to provide a trendy dining experience.

Capitalizing on its agricultural advantages and port facilities, Nansha has established itself as a national agricultural demonstration zone and an import-export hub. This festival highlights its "field-to-table" supply chain and vibrant openness, utilizing food as a means to strengthen exchanges between the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the global community.
