Baiyun district, the most populous central urban area of Guangzhou, has benefited from Maofeng Mountain's ecological resources and its transportation links, leading to notable growth in cultural tourism recently. In the first half of 2025, both tourist visits and tourism revenue rose by about 9 percent compared to the previous year.
Through the deep integration of culture and tourism, the project aims to become a world-class tourist destination, expecting to attract over 10 million visitors annually. It will contribute to establishing Baiyun district as a new benchmark for all-for-one tourism.
