Lingshan Island Friendly Neighborhood, located in the Pearl Bay area of Guangzhou's Nansha district, began its trial operations on Aug 29.

This new lifestyle space features macaron-colored container shops, bright red coffee shops, pastel yellow reading corners, and cream-white yoga studios scattered throughout, exuding an artistic vibe that is full of vitality.
Covering a total area of approximately 10,000 square meters, the project includes a parking area, specialty dining zone, art and fitness spaces, a pet-friendly area, and other multifunctional zones.
Thirteen carefully selected businesses have set up shop, offering a diverse range of services and products, including coffee, craft beer, barbecue, a play area, pottery experiences, a Chinese tea house, and a yoga studio, catering to the leisure and entertainment needs of all age groups.
During the trial operations, the neighborhood is launching several community-friendly activities, including a Qixi Festival-themed market featuring over 10 cultural and culinary stalls, enriching the visitor experience. Free parking is also available during the trial period.
Lingshan Island Friendly Neighborhood aims to create a new leisure and lifestyle space that combines everyday charm with artistic flair, enhancing the Pearl Bay area's commercial amenities and community vitality.
