Nansha's Lanhe town has released a list of its top 10 characteristic farmhouse restaurants, showcasing the perfect integration of local high-quality ingredients and authentic Cantonese culinary techniques.
The selected establishments include time-honored venues such as Desheng Leisure Farmhouse, Liangjing Farmhouse, and Jitian Characteristic Ecological Farm, all of which have over a decade of history. These restaurants adhere to traditional cooking methods, emphasizing freshness and original flavors.

Each restaurant boasts its own signature dishes. Examples include Desheng's signature hanging-roasted chicken and stone-braised eel, Liangjing Farmhouse's lychee-wood roasted chicken and winter melon soup, Jitian Farm's roasted goose and bamboo-basket seafood, Brick Factory Canteen's stir-fried eel with water oat, and Seventy-Two Compound's steamed chicken in bamboo baskets.
