Recently, the National Tourism Standardization Technical Committee unveiled the latest list of Class C registered tourism homestays across the country.
In this selection, a total of 17 homestays from Guangdong province were recognized, highlighting the region's growing prominence in the tourism sector. Among them, Mo Niang Home, located in Nansha district of Guangzhou, distinguished itself by being one of only two homestays in Guangzhou to achieve a national-level.

Mo Niang Home is located within the scenic area designated as 4A-grade at Nansha Tianhou Palae, which is situated atop Dajiao Mountain in Gangwan sub-district. The location is nestled amidst lush, verdant mountains, providing a tranquil and picturesque environment. Facing the expansive Lingding Ocean, the site offers visitors stunning panoramic views of the mouth of the Pearl River.
This homestay features rich Lingnan cultural traits, blending Mazu culture and traditional elements to create a charming, quaint atmosphere. Covering three floors and approximately 556 square meters, it provides a variety of functions.
The first floor has a courtyard of about 120 sq m, featuring a public activity area, a tea room, a chess room, and a dining service area, making it a perfect spot for leisure and relaxation. The second floor includes a Chinese-style meeting room and five guest rooms, decorated with wooden chairs and tables along with Chinese calligraphy and paintings. The third floor contains six guest rooms.
The dining experience here is distinctive, with a Chinese restaurant that provides private rooms featuring Guangzhou and Shunde-style cuisine. It focuses on premium ingredients and careful preparation, enabling diners to emjoy flavorful dishes while feeling a sense of tranquility.
Mo Niang Home has earned a five-star rating as a tourism homestay in Guangzhou. It is a perfect venue for business events, private parties, and leisure trips.
