Located at the intersection of Pearl River Middle Road and Wanqingsha No 1 Street, the project was originally the Pearl River Agricultural and Industrial Grain and Oil Processing Factory, dating back to the 1960s. It features precious red brick architecture with deep historical and cultural value.
Following the principle of preserving the old while renovating, the project has transformed and upgraded over 11,000 square meters of land, becoming Nansha's first waterfront street-style commercial complex that facilitates linkage among five districts.
Situated in the core area of the Zhujiang sub-district, this development benefits from significant consumer potential in the surrounding area. It is designed to serve as a one-stop urban leisure destination and vibrant community hub featuring a diverse array of businesses. Currently, efforts to recruit commercial tenants are in full swing, with top brands like KFC already committed to establishing a presence in the area.
Moreover, "Grain Warehouse" serves as a comprehensive urban space that has hosted various cultural activities such as the Spring Festival Market and the "May Day" intangible cultural heritage theme events, enriching the lives of residents and infusing cultural heritage.
In the future, it will evolve into a new cultural and urban consumption landmark, offering residents a leisure and entertainment destination.
