Nansha turns neglected corner into urban oasis with urban campsite

Transforming from a neglected corner in Nansha Citizen Square, a new hotspot has emerged in the city center - the Urban Campsite.

Nansha Communication Investment has repurposed idle land into a multifaceted social space combining rest stops and creative markets through the "parking lot +" economic model. Equipped with movable camping tents, a starry sky cinema, and a variety of amenities including coffee shops, bubble tea stands, football and tennis courts, this venue seamlessly transitions from day to night, becoming a popular destination for young adults and families alike, earning praise from locals.

Addressing urban challenges such as parking shortages and transportation difficulties, Nansha Communication Investment has made significant strides. By repurposing idle land near metro stations, the group has established and operated over 30 public parking lots with 5,000 spaces, with several more in progress. This initiative not only meets the parking needs of residents but also resolves urban space constraints, paving the way for future land development.

Furthermore, the group is constructing service centers to create convenient living hubs, while also developing a smart parking platform to enhance parking convenience for residents.
