The inaugural specialized event empowering college graduates for employment took place at Nansha International Talent Port on May 28. The event featured policy briefings, job skills enhancement training, and a job fair, creating a platform for graduates to connect with employment opportunities.
The Nansha Policy Promotion Team provided a detailed interpretation of talent policies, covering employment subsidies, entrepreneurship support, and subsidies for introduced talents, demonstrating Nansha's commitment to young talents. Many graduates inquired about the details of living subsidies on-site, expressing increased confidence in staying and developing in Nansha due to policy support.
To enhance graduates' competitiveness in the workplace, the event included a special training session on the "Risk Avoidance Guide for College Graduates Job Seeking". Occupational guidance experts used case studies to explain job screening, interview negotiation skills, and labor rights protection. Interactive sessions included simulated workplace scenarios, one-on-one mentorship for resume optimization, career planning, and on-site interactions.
Furthermore, 22 key enterprises from the Nansha presented over 400 job positions across various fields, attracting numerous job seekers for networking. A dedicated employment service area was set up on-site, offering multiple employment services. According to statistics, the job fair attracted 400 graduate participants, with over 19,000 online viewers. Preliminary employment intentions were reached with 50 individuals.
In 2025, Nansha plans to host multiple campus job fairs and a series of public welfare activities to attract more young talents to establish themselves in the Greater Bay Area.
