The "Youth Talent Convergence Initiative" of Nansha, Guangzhou, went to the Shipai campus of South China Normal University on May 22.
Through various formats, including policy briefings, government-university dialogues, and interactive consultations, the event showcased Nansha's comprehensive support for young talent, fostering a collaborative bridge between government and academia.
As a demonstration area for cooperation within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Nansha is dedicated to enhancing employment and entrepreneurship opportunities for youth from Hong Kong and Macao, implementing relevant action plans aimed at attracting 10,000 university students by 2025. To support this objective, Nansha has introduced a comprehensive suite of policies. Various departments served as "welfare ambassadors", unveiling a "policy gift package" covering the entire spectrum of education, innovation, residence, and employment support.
In addition to the activities, leaders from Nansha departments engaged in face-to-face exchanges with student representatives, addressing the concerns of young talents on the spot.
The event featured policy consultation areas and interactive exhibition zones where students interacted with staff through promotional materials, seeking advice on personal development issues and deepening their impression of Nansha.
It is reported that the event is set to continue visiting universities such as Sun Yat-sen University, Jinan University, and Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, releasing policy dividends to attract talent to Nansha.
