Nansha holds spring job fair with comprehensive services for talent recruitment

A large-scale job fair was held in Guangzhou as part of Guangdong's "Millions of Talents Gather in Guangdong" initiative, which aims to attract over 1 million graduates and professionals on March 16.

Nansha hosted a spring job fair at Nansha Civic Square on March 17. The event attracted more than 6,500 people, with 300 companies providing 6,400 positions through both online and offline channels. Of these, 210 companies engaged in on-site recruitment, offering 4,000 positions, including 647 roles with annual salaries surpassing 200,000 yuan ($27,655).

The job fair featured meticulously arranged zones for five major industries, including information technology and biopharmaceuticals. Concurrently, a showcase of local specialty products was unveiled, highlighting many distinctive agricultural products from Nansha.

Nansha introduced an innovative, full-service "job seeking - settling - development" chain to provide jobseekers with comprehensive, one-stop services. During the job-seeking phase, Nansha offered abundant information on jobs and convenient application channels, reimbursing travel expenses for out-of-town university students.

Jobseekers were offered 15 days of free accommodation in talent apartments, as well as up to 120,000 yuan in living allowances and 500 yuan in consumption vouchers. For development opportunities, Nansha set up a dedicated, onsite window for international talent services, providing talent with policy consultations, subsidy applications and streamlined services to ensure a secure and comfortable work-life balance in Nansha.
