Nansha issues housing services to attract young talents

Nansha recently held an enterprise recruitment fair, marking the beginning of a new year for talents. Apart from offering promising job opportunities, Nansha provides a wide range of talent support services to further empower individuals in their career pursuits.

To meet the housing needs of talents at different levels, Nansha currently offers 11 talent housing projects, totaling 3,382 units. Talents can access one-stop services through the WeChat mini-program "Nansha Talent Apartment", which provides services related to policy interpretation, housing applications, and allocation, with the entire process taking only one to two working days.

Deeply committed to the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area's integrated development strategy and empowering global talents to contribute to the Bay Area's grand vision, Nansha aims to help young individuals live according to their values. The district will work to attract more young people and introduce more tailored housing options in key areas to make talents more comfortable. Additionally, a comprehensive service experience will be provided for residents.

By 2025, Nansha is expected to launch eight new talents apartment projects, offering over 1,400 units to ensure the well-being of residents in various economic zones for high-quality development.
