New shopping park completed in Nansha Mingzhu Bay Pilot Area

Recently, the office building, known as Yide International, was completed and its acceptance inspection passed in the Nansha Mingzhu Bay Pilot Area.

This building serves as an essential element of the Yide project. It is located in the Jiaomen River mouth area of the Mingzhu Bay Pilot Area, with a total construction area of approximately 330,000 square meters.

It stands 38 stories high, reaching 180 meters, with an office area of around 60,000 sq m. It is expected to meet the simultaneous office needs of 6,000 to 10,000 people. The building also features immersive green shared spaces such as landscaped terraces and sky gardens, unlocking a new garden-style office experience.

The office building has achieved a national green building three-star rating and international LEED-CS Gold certification. It utilizes triple-layer LOW-E insulating glass, providing efficient thermal insulation, soundproofing, heat preservation, and light transmission properties.

To the north of Yide International is the Yide Tiandi shopping park, with a total construction area of 66,000 sq m.

The shopping park incorporates unique elements such as the Seahorse Plaza, Jellyfish Plaza, and connecting corridors and bridges. Through features like panoramic lighting design and outdoor water curtain movies, the overall visual experience of the project is expected to be significantly enhanced.

It is set to become the first above-ground corridor connecting municipal roads in Nansha, linking the Yide Tiandi podium building and creating a commercial street about 600 meters long.

Yide Tiandi is expected to be completed and accepted by March of this year, introducing around 100 brand merchants and creating a commercial complex with characteristics of international style, famous check-in spots, and an urban park.
