Jinan University, the Henry Fok Ying-tung Group, and the Victoria Harbour Education Group recently signed a strategic cooperation agreement at Guangzhou Fok Ying Tung High School in Nansha district.
Ian Fok Chun-wan, the CEO of the Henry Fok Ying-tung Group, reviewed the construction and development process of Guangzhou Fok Ying Tung High School over the past two decades, highlighting the fruitful results. He said that the group will continue supporting the school's development, participate in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area's basic education cooperation, explore talent cultivation models, and leverage the group's advantages in culture, sports, technology, and other areas.

Li Jinjun, director of the Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan Affairs Office, pointed out that in the five years since the issuance of the "Outline Development Plan for the Greater Bay Area", educational cooperation in the Greater Bay Area has come a long way. He believes that this cooperation will inject new momentum into educational development in the Greater Bay Area.
Hong An, vice president of Jinan University, stated that the cooperation agreement is a concrete way to practice and explore the implementation of the spirit of the National Education Conference, which will make a greater contribution to the development of the education cause.
Deng Qiangguang, chairman of the Victoria Harbour Education Group, mentioned that the cooperation will drive educational innovation in the Greater Bay Area. The group will also promote the spirit of Fok Ying Tung and preserve the red genes of Jinan University's century-old overseas Chinese school, aiming to provide thoughtful services for overseas Chinese and their descendants studying in the Chinese mainland, striving to build an international school, and contributing to the cause of strengthening the nation through education.
