Nansha specialty foods shine at intl exhibition

From Sept 25 to 27, the Guangzhou International Food and Ingredients Exhibition joined hands with the Food2China Expo, Wine to China Expo, and Guangzhou (Jiangnan) International Fruit and Vegetable Industry Expo, held grandly at Area B of the China Import and Export Fair Complex.

In the Brand Food Pavilion, Nansha district set up the Nansha District Exhibition Group, inviting seven food production and distribution enterprises, along with six enterprises from paired assistance and cooperation areas, to participate in the exhibition.

They showcased a wide range of products including snacks, fruits and vegetables, geographical indication products, comprehensive foods, fresh seafood, meats, frozen foods, delicatessen, convenience foods, grains, tea drinks, and food equipment. This platform facilitated connections between production and sales, providing continuous support to food enterprises.

The exhibition attracted numerous buyers and citizens, featuring Nansha's distinctive products such as honeydew melons, grilled eel, yellowfin seabream, ruby pomegranates, pearl pomegranates, all receiving widespread acclaim.

Additionally, the exhibition displayed agricultural products from paired assistance and cooperation areas, opening new channels for the sale of agricultural products from these regions and promoting the entry of more high-quality agricultural products into the market.

A representative from the Nansha Trade Promotion Association expressed hopes that through this exhibition, they can promote Nansha and the paired assistance and cooperation areas' food enterprises to enter the international market, deepen cooperation, meet market demands, and drive high-quality industrial development.
