Nansha industrial infrastructure upgraded again

On Sept 11, the Datang Science and Technology Industrial Park Phase II project in Huangge town was topped off.

Covering an area of 120,000 square meters with a planned construction area of 360,000 sq m, the industrial park has a total investment of 1.2 billion yuan ($168.54 million).

The Phase II project occupies over 130,000 sq m, including three production and research workshops and one staff apartment building. It is expected to be completed by the end of 2024, further enhancing the living facilities within the park.

Embracing the concept of "integration of industry and city", this industrial park focuses on the automotive industry as its core, emphasizing strategic emerging industries such as smart manufacturing, new-generation information technology, new energy, and new materials. The occupancy rate of the Phase I project exceeds 85 percent.

Datang Science and Technology Industrial Park has also established four major service platforms: property comprehensive services, scientific and technological innovation services, scientific and technological financial services, and industrial talent services, providing comprehensive services throughout the lifecycle for resident enterprises.

The park has introduced the science and technology incubator Youchuang Zhigu, focusing on developing smart manufacturing and technology services. It is also committed to developing the new energy vehicle industry chain, attracting more related enterprises to settle in, and creating unique features for the park.

AInnovation is a technology company specializing in the production of customized industrial robots, which has been located in the industrial park for four years. They were attracted by the superior environment and favorable business conditions of the park.
