The number of vessel calls has increased to 430, and container throughput has reached 1.81 million TEUs, reflecting a year-on-year increase of 102.7 percent.

The terminal features the world's first highly intelligent automated terminal information system, the "Super Brain", which optimizes resource scheduling and path planning to ensure safe and efficient operations.

The Phase IV terminal of Nansha Port in Guangzhou Port in Guangzhou is China's first fully automated container terminal developed in collaboration with domestic technological expertise. It also stands as the first newly constructed automated terminal in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

By integrating automated quay cranes, intelligent guided vehicles, and smart yard layouts, the terminal has established a comprehensive smart logistics system, significantly reducing production costs and enhancing operational efficiency.
