The bidding and public notice for the design and construction of the Nansha Futures Financial Big Data Industry Park (Hengli) project based in the Nansha district of Guangzhou, the capital of South China's Guangdong province, have been completed.

The project is adjacent to the permanent venue of the International Finance Forum (IFF). It covers an area of approximately 47,000 square meters, with a total construction area of approximately 160,000 sq m, and will be built into an important demonstration zone for emerging industries.

The project's design is based on "Eastern rhythms and clear waters." It uses "mountains" to represent the staggered building forms and "water" to represent the landscape and flowing facades. The project creates public spaces in the park based on five themes: "Garden of Rhythm," "Stacked Greenery, Flowing Gold," "Roadshow Stage," "Sea-view Corridor," and "Sunrise Corner."

Ecological protection is prioritized in the design, integrating flood control and drainage facilities with sponge facilities and sculptures and landscaping details to create a human-friendly waterfront space.

The project site has already started with the construction of pile foundations, including pipe pile construction and reinforcement pile construction. In the near future, this new financial hub will bring new impetus to investment promotion in Nansha.
