Talent apartments in Nansha now open for application

The talent apartments in Nansha district, consisting of 1,247 units, are now open for application. The units are located in projects such as Qinghaian Apartment, China Railway Construction Global Center, Vanke Egret Park, and CR Land Park Lane Mansion.

These apartments offer different layouts, including one-bedroom, one-bedroom with a living room, two-bedroom with a living room, two-bedroom with two living rooms, three-bedroom with a living room, three-bedroom with two living rooms, and four-bedroom with two living rooms, catering to the diverse housing needs of different talent groups.

Holders of the Nansha Talent Card Type A can enjoy a rental discount of 50 percent based on the market evaluation price. The maximum discount period is 3 years, and the maximum area is approximately 200 square meters (adjustable according to the availability of housing).

As per the regulations governing the Nansha Talent Card Type B-2, cardholders may avail themselves of a rental discount of up to 50 percent, based on the market evaluation price. It is pertinent to note that the maximum discount period is for a duration of 1 year. Additionally, the maximum area that can be availed under this scheme is approximately 80 sq m, which is adjustable based on the availability of housing.

It is worth mentioning that eligible talents, as a family unit (including single-family households), can only enjoy one talent apartment rental discount within the entire district.

In addition, the operation and management unit of the talent apartments will determine the selection order based on the application time of eligible talents. Among them, holders of A cards and B-1 cards are allowed to move in immediately.

Under equal conditions, priority will be given to talents that work in the districts key units. Once a housing unit is selected, it should not be exchanged (except under special circumstances).
