COCO Park in Guangzhou's Nansha district, owned by E-Star Commercial, opened to the public on the banks of the Jiaomen River on Dec 23.

COCO Park is designed around four main commercial themes: "Exquisite Garden," "Self-Indulgence Zone," "Quality Time," and "Gourmet Area." It has partnered with over 60 cities' leading brands and accommodates over 200 stores.

With a total area of 100,000 square meters and over 20,000 sq m of outdoor space, the project has achieved a 95 percent occupancy rate. The accumulated membership of COCO Park has surpassed 100,000.

On the opening day, multiple music festivals unfolded here, including performances by the Whale King Band, the first Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Breakdance Competition, and a live show featuring classic  tunes from Hong Kong.

Various activities, such as themed markets, coffee and alcohol served around the clock, cultural and creative spaces, and creative desserts, were presented in the 20,000-sq-m Starry Plaza.

During upcoming holiday celebrations like the Chinese New Year, COCO Park will also host a range of festive events.
