Nansha selected as provincial child-friendly demonstration area

Nansha district has been designated as a child-friendly demonstration district in Guangdong province, with the Lingshan block being designated as a child-friendly demonstration area.

By optimizing the positioning of non-motorized vehicles and pedestrian sidewalks, adding fun visual effects to pedestrian crosswalks, and upgrading the road layout, greenery, and surrounding environment, the Lingshan block has now become a "safe and child-friendly" demonstration area.

This renovation project also incorporated a combination of yellow, orange, and purple elements to create strong visual cues that not only look aesthetic, but also remind people to reduce their driving speed.

Additionally, Nansha's Dongchong town and Nansha Street have also achieved significant results in constructing child-friendly living environments and were also designated as provincial child-friendly demonstration areas.

In recent years, Nansha has been committed to implementing child-friendly concepts in all aspects of its development. It has also introduced integrated public service facilities, aiming to create an ecologically green and family-friendly district.
