Nansha-based enterprises highlighted at Hurun summit

The Hurun China Metaverse Summit, as well as the Hurun China Metaverse Companies with the Greatest Potential 2023 Press Release, was held in Guangzhou's Nansha district on July 20.

The event launched the Hurun China Metaverse Companies with the Greatest Potential list, which showcased the top 200 Chinese companies with a value of over $1 billion and with the most development potential in the metaverse field. The list covered all Chinese enterprises, including privately-owned and State-owned companies.

Of the listed enterprises, three companies, namely Cloudwalk Technology, Aofei Data, and Pony.ai, were included on the list for the second time. This accounts for 20 percent of the total number of listed companies in Guangzhou.

The Hurun China Metaverse Future Stars list was also launched at the event, with five Nansha-based companies selected, including Chenjing Technology, Coeus, and SequoiaDB.

Nansha aims to become a leading hub for innovation and development in the metaverse industry. It has built a favorable business environment for the industry's development.

The district has also launched favorable policies that have been tailored to the metaverse industry. These policies provide support for enterprises based in Nansha, covering areas like technology research and development, industry clustering, and financial assistance.
