Nansha unveils 1,000 apartments for intl talents

Nansha held an unveiling ceremony for an innovation and entrepreneurship service center in the district's international talent community on June 28. At the event, the first group of key enterprises signed agreements to settle there.

Covering an area of approximately 65,000 square meters, the community provides 1,000 apartments, a 13,000-sq-m commercial office space and a 5,500-sq-m multi-functional area for international talents.

It is the first batch of industry carriers in the Nansha Hub area. It has positioned itself as a talent-centric center for living, working, leisure and socializing, as well as a fertile ground for investment and entrepreneurship, providing a place for innovation and startups.

The newly unveiled service facility, located within the international talent community, is being marketed as a comprehensive platform that is dedicated to serving enterprises. It features three distinct platforms for residential use, enterprises and industrial services.

Plans are for it to integrate various innovative elements, such as talent, technology and capital. In this way it will strive to create a hassle-free development environment that allows enterprises to settle there with peace of mind, as well as to operate with ease and develop with confidence.
