Expo provides platform for Nansha to expand global cooperation

The 2023 Guangdong 21st Century Maritime Silk Road International Expo opened in Guangzhou, Guangdong province from June 2 to 4, offering a platform for countries and regions related to China's Belt and Road Initiative to expand and deepen cooperation and exchanges.

Nansha district set up a booth in the international cooperation and exchange exhibition area. It showcased its achievements in foreign economic and trade cooperation, and introduced its business environment, platform carriers, and high-quality local enterprises.

Other participants included Nansha's Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) industrial park, two international exchange and cooperation associations, four service companies, three investment consulting institutions, and 12 local enterprises.

The booth not only highlighted the district's stunning technological products and heavy machinery models, but also its exquisite handicrafts and cuisine from Southeast Asia.

The district expressed its hope to help local enterprises expand their overseas market reach while attracting global talents to settle down via this expo, so that they can find more opportunities for cooperation and development.
