The Guangzhou Data Exchange released a raft of innovations on May 10 in Nansha district, marking an advancement for Guangdong's data industry.
Of note, the integrated computing power resource publishing and sharing platform was launched, with some 40 data products in 16 key industries released. The first trading services center in the Guangzhou Data Exchange was also unveiled on the same day.
Since the Guangzhou Data Exchange was inaugurated on Sept 30 last year, it has become a data trading and regulatory system and has boosted the establishment of data product incubations and service platforms.
To date, the center has attracted more than 260 members to join it. A total of 1,220 objects of transaction have applied to join the market, with cumulative transactions worth more than 1 billion yuan ($144 million), boosting the industry's data trading ecosystem.
