Nansha government signed a framework agreement on April 25, to build a judicial cooperation mechanism for the protection of intellectual property rights (IPR).
The district is expected to build an integrated platform for the judicial protection of intellectual property rights in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. This will better serve and ensure the development of the Greater Bay Area.
Nansha also held a launching ceremony for a service platform that will integrate innovation, entrepreneurship and IPR for the area.
This is the first comprehensive IPR service platform with features such as digital patent characterization functions, and big data search and comparison functions for registered IPR in the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong and Macao.
At present, the platform has collected more than 70 million data trademarks. Additionally, more than 30 IPR service institutions within the Greater Bay Area have set up service stops in the platform, which will provide users with convenient IPR-related services.
