On March 25, the second Asian Youth Leaders Forum opened in Nansha, Guangzhou. Nearly 400 guests and youth representatives from Asian countries gathered online and onsite in Nansha to discuss how to strength youth cooperation, build common values, as well as promote peace and development in Asia.
During the forum, young people from Asian countries exchanged views on various topics of common interest at home and abroad, including the promotion of high-quality development, medical care and health, finance and investment, innovation and entrepreneurship, as well as the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
The forum aimed to advance the building of a community with a shared future for humanity by strengthening the power of youth in global governance, as well as exchanges and mutual learning. The idea of harnessing the power of young people to strengthen cooperation between countries is gaining ground.
At the forum, guests also expressed their recognition of China's high-quality development. Nansha also attracted the attention of the guests. The Greater Bay Area is the gateway of China's opening-up, and Nansha is the new engine of the region's high-quality development.
