GBA Intl Communication Center opens in Nansha

The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) International Communication Forum and the inauguration ceremony of the Greater Bay Area International Communication Center were held on Feb 18 in Nansha, Guangzhou.

On the same day, 32 domestic and foreign mainstream media agencies were the first to move into the center. The center will form a synergistic international communications matrix and create a flagship for foreign promotion with international influence.

The center is located on the 15th floor of the east block of Shui'an Plaza in Nansha. It is equipped with press conference rooms, interview rooms, live studios, meeting rooms, offices for resident journalists, shared office areas and other functional spaces.

Nansha is committed not only to promoting the GBA to the world, but also to becoming an important window for the world to learn about China and Guangzhou.

Guo Weimin, former deputy director of the State Council Information Office of the People's Republic of China, said that good international communication from the Greater Bay Area will help promote its development, help the international community understand China, and help China to create a better international public image.
