​Nansha opens 1st cruise route to Zhuhai's Dong'ao Island

The Xinshisu high-speed passenger ship set sail from Nansha Passenger Port to Zhuhai's Dong'ao Island on Oct 28, which is a new water leisure tourism route approved by the Guangzhou Port Authority after opening the routes from Nansha to Wailingding Island and Guishan Island.

Equipped with 199 seats, the ship departed from Nansha Passenger Port at 10:30, stopped at Guishan Island in the middle, arrived at Dongao Island at 12:35, then returned at 15:00. 

The route is expected to serve as a new leisure route for tourists that promotes the connectivity of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. It plans to cooperate with famous high-end hotels on the island to bring tourists a shared and interactive travel experience.

Nansha Passenger Port, a national first-class port, is one of Nansha's transportation hubs, which realizes the connection among Hong Kong, Macao, Nansha district, and the central urban area of Guangzhou.
