Nansha invited and organized a delegation consisting of 14 Austrian enterprises in the new energy e-mobility industry, including Waldorf Leather, the world's leading leather seat tanning company, to visit its 10 representative e-mobility enterprises, including AION, GAC Toyota, as well as Pony AI, on Oct 25.
During the event, Nansha's investment promotion bureau introduced the local automotive industry environment and industrial financial support policies, which were warmly welcomed by the Austrian enterprises.
Nansha has a solid foundation in advanced manufacturing, while Austria has developed machinery manufacturing, electronics, and automobile manufacturing industries.
The representative of Tiger Powder Coatings recognized Nansha's location advantages and expressed hope to find more business cooperation opportunities in the district's new energy vehicle industry.
The relevant person in charge of the Guangzhou Council for the Promotion of International Trade noted that the Nansha Plan has focused on developing a vehicle manufacturing industrial chain covering chips, motors, batteries, and electric control, which will usher in huge development opportunities and significant business opportunities for enterprises.
Nansha aims to bolster its international economic cooperation with Austria and other countries in advanced manufacturing, as well as science and technology innovation, further integrating into the regional and world economy, while showing China's firm determination to open up to the world.
