Since opening on June 28, 2021, the Mingzhuwan Bridge has helped Guangzhou's Nansha district build a 15-minute traffic circle, in which people can reach all functional areas of the district within 15 minutes.

The Mingzhuwan Bridge starts from Wanhuan West Road in the west and ends at Yingdong Avenue. It is an important traffic artery in the starting area of Pearl Bay in Nansha.

The bridge covers a distance of 2.5 kilometers, with a main span of 436 meters, which is the largest span of this type of bridge in the world.

It greatly improved connectivity among cities on both sides of the Pearl River Estuary, which will help bolster their coordinated development and promote the integrated development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
