Nansha TCM hospital completes 50% of its construction

At present, 50 percent of the Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Nansha) project has been completed.

The main structure of the hospital has been capped at present. Currently, construction on its secondary structure is being carried out, including decoration, electromechanical installation, and curtain wall construction.

After the hospital's completion in 2023, Nansha will have added another large-scale comprehensive hospital with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics.

Antibacterial inorganic coatings will be used in many interior decorations of the hospital. The built-in or embedded air-tight purification LED lights will be used. The light will be softer and more natural, giving people a bright and warm feeling.

The project has a total land area of 103,000 square meters and a total construction area of 378,000 sq m. It includes five towers, two basements, and five podium floors, including medical business rooms, scientific research rooms, teaching rooms, as well as dormitories. A total of 1,200 beds and 3,200 parking spaces for motor vehicles will be built.

Traffic roads around the hospital buildings are currently under construction. They are expected to be completed and put into use simultaneously with the hospital.
