Nansha to become GBA's 'digital engine'

In recent years, Guangzhou's Nansha district has been committed to promoting the healthy development of China's digital economy.

It has signed the Global Traceability Center Strategic Cooperation Memorandum with the Information Center of the State Administration for Market Regulation.

The Information Center of the State Administration for Market Regulation is responsible for the development planning of market supervision informatization. It establishes a national unified market supervision informatization standard system, as well as guides the informatization construction, management, and promotion of the national market supervision system.

As part of the agreement, the two sides will carry out in-depth strategic cooperation on the global traceability system by jointly creating a pilot demonstration of the auxiliary application of traceability in Nansha market supervision, jointly improving the "smart supervision" service system of the Nansha market supervision, as well as jointly promoting the digital transformation of market governance in Nansha.

Nansha has also signed the Global Traceability System and Global Traceability Center Project Comprehensive Strategic Cooperation Agreement with China Communications Construction.

China Communications Construction is the world's leading comprehensive service provider of extra-large Infrastructure and is committed to building a world-class enterprise with global competitiveness in technology, management, as well as quality. 

Both sides will focus on the construction of the global traceability center project to deepen cooperation and resource sharing, including jointly promoting and replicating the global implementation of the global traceability center, jointly building a research and innovation platform for the traceability industry, as well as jointly building a global traceability industry development ecosystem.

The construction of the global traceability center will inject new vitality to global digital economy governance and the development of the global digital economy while establishing Nansha as a pioneering example in the global coordinated development of the digital economy and the construction of new international rules.
