Nansha Wetland Park designated science popularization base

Nansha Wetland Park has been successfully selected into the list of Guangdong Science Popularization Education Bases (2022-2026), local media outlets reported on April 20.

In recent years, the park has held many nature-based science popularization education activities, attracting the participation of the general public. By carrying out a variety of nature-based science popularization activities, primary and secondary school students, as well as visitors have improved their knowledge related to nature, while also having their appreciation and awareness for nature and nature protection efforts increase.

In the future, the park will continue to improve its science popularization facilities and carry out diversified nature-based science education activities. 

The park will also make use of its rich wetland nature resources to develop and carry out various ecological science popularization activities to increase primary and secondary school students' interest in nature.
