Nansha has been actively promoting its home senior care services. It has currently prioritized the construction of senior care beds who are economically disadvantaged or disabled, with 241 beds built to date.

At the front of the bed, there is an easy-to-reach emergency call button, which the user can use to call for help when confronting an emergency.

In the mattress, the intelligent sensing device can automatically monitor the vital signs of the users when they lie on the bed.

Besides building beds for home senior care, Nansha also provides remote monitoring services for seniors.

At home, infrared-human-body sensors and door magnetic sensors operate all day, enabling family members and staff of senior care institutions to remotely monitor the seniors that are at home.

The beds and services differentiate from traditional senior care services by providing services that the seniors can enjoy without leaving their homes.

Nansha has carried out ground anti-skid treatment and height difference adjustment in the living areas of seniors who have a disability, installed safety handrails, added shower chairs, and made other renovations to create a safe and convenient living environment for seniors. Each senior who is qualified can enjoy a subsidy of up to 1,500 yuan ($234) for the facilities' transformation work.

Nansha also installs intelligent equipment, such as devices that prevent seniors from getting lost, emergency beepers, and gas leak alarms, to enhance safety and convenience for seniors at home. Each senior who is qualified can enjoy a subsidy of up to 1,500 yuan for the intelligent facilities transformation work.

Home care services are also part of Nansha's home senior care services, providing professional care services, such as nursing care, personal care, rehabilitation care, medical care, and regular visits. Each senior who is qualified can enjoy a subsidy from 200 to 500 yuan for the nursing funding work.
