Nansha becomes Science, Technology Achievement transformer

The founding meeting of the Guangzhou Nansha Science and Technology Achievement Transformation Alliance and the first membership meeting were held in Nansha, Guangzhou on March 4.

At present, the Science and Technology Transformation Alliance has attracted 56 units to join, which will help the development of scientific and technological innovation in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

In recent years, Nansha has successively introduced 20 high-level scientific research institutes and launched the construction of strategic innovation platforms such as Nansha Science City and the Chinese Academy of Sciences Pearl Science Park.

At present, Nansha has gathered more than 300 artificial intelligence companies such as Yuncong Technology and Pony.ai, and more than 200 life and health companies such as the Greater Bay Area Precision Medicine Industry Base.

In the past five years, Nansha's financial expenditures for science and technology have reached 8.82 billion yuan ($1.40 billion). In 2022, Nansha will continue to enhance its scientific and technological innovation.
