Class-II Diseases for Outpatient Treatment: including schizoaffective disorder, mental retardation, schizophrenia, paranoid psychosis, bipolar disorder, mental disorder caused by epilepsy, chronic hepatitis B, atrial fibrillation anticoagulant therapy, HIV infection, analgesic therapy for malignant tumors (non-chemotherapy, biological targeted drug therapy, during radiotherapy), active pulmonary tuberculosis, multidrug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis, pediatric cerebral palsy, thalassemia major, chronic hepatitis C, chronic aplastic anemia, anti-rejection therapy after lung transplantation, anti-rejection therapy after liver transplantation, anti-rejection therapy after bone marrow transplantation, anti-rejection therapy after kidney transplantation, anti-rejection therapy after heart transplantation, multiple sclerosis, wet age-related macular degeneration, radiotherapy for malignant tumors, chemotherapy for malignant tumors (including biological targeted drug therapy), adjuvant therapy for malignant tumors (during radiotherapy, chemotherapy and biological targeted drug therapy), uremic peritoneal dialysis therapy, uremic hemodialysis therapy, hemophilia, home sickbed, emergency observation in hospital.

In case of inconsistency between this scheme and the latest regulations formulated by the competent authorities at a higher level, the latter shall prevail.

This scheme shall come into force as of Jan 1, 2022, and shall remain in force for three years.
