An Armani fashion art center will be built on the Lingshan Island in Nansha's Pearl Bay area, local media outlets reported on Sept 17.

The fashion art center will be built into an urban industrial complex integrating the headquarters economy, high-end brands, and high-end apartments with high living standards such as Armani-branded apartments.

It is expected that the project can attract more upstream and downstream art companies to Nansha and help build platforms for communication between domestic and overseas fashion brands and boost cross-border trade in the Pearl Bay area.

The person in charge of the project said that the final design plan will be released as soon as possible and the construction is scheduled to start by the end of this year to ensure that the project is completed within 36 months.
