Nansha Jinmao Marriott Hotel

Nansha Jinmao Marriott Hotel, located in Jinmao Bay in Guangzhou's Nansha district, is set to open as an international five-star hotel in 2022.

Situated by the Jiaomen River, the hotel enjoys splendid waterfront scenery and is close to tourist attractions such as the local mangrove conservation area.

The hotel has applied various measures to achieve green and sustainable operation, which include making full use of natural ventilation, using natural lighting and reusing rainwater.

The hotel has a tower building and an annex building. The tower building is 146 meters in height and the first three floors of the building are public areas while the rest of the floors are for guest rooms and apartments.

The annex building has five floors and will offer other supporting facilities such as gyms, indoor swimming pools, meeting rooms and restaurants. 

A staff member from the hotel noted that the hotel has given full play to its geographic location as it is located at the point of the island where guests staying in 80 percent of the guest rooms can view the beautiful riverside scenery.
