Horizon Construction Development South China Headquarters

The South China headquarters of Horizon Construction Development officially opened in Guangzhou's Nansha district on May 8.

Horizon Construction Development, established in 2011, now has an overall asset size of more than 15 billion yuan ($2 billion), ranking first among Chinese leasing companies and 39th globally.

The company's headquarters in Nansha will help it to better participate in the construction of major projects in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and make full use of Nansha's strategic location to tap into the the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) market.

The headquarters will manage all of the company's businesses and branches in the Greater Bay Area. The company's business scale in Guangdong reached 3 billion yuan in 2020, and it has more than 30 branches in the province.
