Nansha to host intl food festival from Dec 4-7

The 2020 Nansha International Food Festival, hosted by the Nansha commerce bureau, is scheduled to be held from Dec 4 to 7.

This year's event will feature various highlights including delicacies, live streams, high-end technologies, and guochao, which refers to the surge in young consumers' interests in domestic brands and products that incorporate traditional Chinese style and culture.

Nearly 60 food vendors from both inside and outside Nansha will bring more than 500 kinds of delicacies to the event, showcasing the diversity, inclusivity, and innovation of Nansha's cuisine culture.

High-end smart food machines will be set up to offer self-service food, such as hamburgers and coffee, to provide a more interesting and smart tech experience for the public.

Series activities like the selling of local distinctive products and folk dancing performances will also be held during the event to entertain visitors.
