Nansha companies succeed at entrepreneurship competition

A total of 304 companies from Nansha district participated in the municipal-level competition of the ninth China Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition, a 48 percent year-on-year increase, of which 38 of them have won awards, ranking among the top three districts in Guangzhou.

Four out of 12 Nansha companies entering the provincial-level competition won the first three prizes, with five Nansha companies moving on to the national competition.

According to the document released by Nansha, companies winning municipal, provincial, and national awards in the China Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition can receive a subsidy of 50 percent, 70 percent, and 100 percent of the reward they won in the competition.

The Nansha science and technology bureau has organized five large-scale promotion fairs about the competition since the launch of the competition in July 2020, as well as a series of training activities to help local companies succeed in it.
