The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and Belt and Road (Nansha, Guangzhou) Legal Service Cluster was put into operation on Sept 10 in Guangzhou's Nansha district.
Nansha will make full use of the cluster to establish a one-stop foreign-related legal services platform by integrating high-end legal service resources, such as litigation, arbitration, notarization, and judicial expertise.
Located in the innovation and entrepreneurship center for youth from Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao in Nansha district, the cluster covers a total building area of more than 7,000 square meters and has gathered nearly 30 companies.
The plaque unveiling ceremony of six centers in the cluster was also held on the same day, including the commercial and public interest litigation trial center, the maritime law trial center, as well as the intellectual property law trial center.
The Law Ascertainment Center (Guangzhou) for the BRI, which is the first ascertainment center for overseas laws in Guangzhou, has also settled in the cluster.
In addition, the Nansha International Arbitration Center was relocated in the cluster to continue pushing forward the regular operation of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Arbitration Union and giving full play to the advantages of the arbitration legal system.
