The Global Distribution Center (DSTP), located in Guangzhou's Nansha district, has participated in the 2020 (Guangzhou) International Anti-epidemic Materials Global Procurement Expo, which was held in Guangzhou from June 10 to 11.
The expo attracted more than 600 companies as well as over 6,000 professional visitors.
As a member of the association for the export of anti-epidemic supplies set up by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Guangzhou Sub-council, DSTP showcased its self-developed WeChat mini-program as an online platform for the global trade of anti-epidemic materials, offering all-year-round services for both companies and purchasers in areas spanning international clearance and logistics.
Li JinLing, president of DSTP, said that the center has exported over 14.87 million anti-epidemic items in 136 batches worth 63.35 million yuan ($8.95 million). Items including protective masks, protective clothing, thermometers and body temperature screening systems were sent to 14 countries and regions between April 1 and May 1.
