The land leveling project for the first phase of the Mingzhu Science Park of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in Guangzhou's Nansha district has finished its acceptance inspection on April 1.

The first phase of the Mingzhu Science Park covers a total area of 1,367 mu (91.13 hectares), and an area of 660,000 square meters has been leveled during the project.

The construction, which started from Oct 15, 2019, has made full use of various resources, allowing the project to be finished within six months without any accidents.

The acceptance of the land leveling project has provided the necessary construction conditions for the further construction of the Mingzhu Science Park, which has been designed as the core area of Nansha Science City.

Contributions have also been made in various areas, such as boosting the socio-economic development in Nansha, as well as promoting the integration of rural and urban areas.
