Development support policies for 7 preferential industries, 3 commonality policies to promote industrial development

Economic contribution award: a subsidy up to 40percent of their economic construction to Nansha for any whole-sale enterprise with annual sale volume exceeding 300 million yuan, or for a retail enterprise with annual sale volume exceeding 30 million yuan, or for a catering and accommodation enterprise with annual sale volume exceeding 20 million yuan, each with a growth rate exceeding 10percent year on year; in addition, a service trade enterprise with an annual foreign trade volume exceeding 5 million USD, will be given a cash incentive with an amount equaling to 95percent of its economic contribution to Nansha for the first 3 years, and 50percent for the remaining 2 years.

Trading platform subsidy: A commodity display and trading platform with an annual transaction volume exceeding 1 billion USD will be entitled to claim an office space rental subsidy, equaling to 50percent of the actual rent for 3 years; or 2percent of the total purchasing cost for the self-use office space.

Cross-border e-commerce: a one-off subsidy up to 5 million yuan to any cross-border e-commerce trading platform with an annual trading volume exceeding 200 million yuan; a one-off subsidy up to 5 million yuan to any top 10 cross-border e-commerce enterprise in Nansha each with an annual foreign trade volume exceeding 500 million yuan; a subsidy up to 1 million yuan to any cross-border e-commerce enterprise with an annual export volume exceeding 200 million yuan; a one-off subsidy of 20,000 yuan to each cross-border e-commerce enterprise in setting up an experience store in Nansha and with settlement of transactions being made in Nansha; 300 yuan per person subsidy to any qualified talent training agency for cross-border e-commerce business.

Subsidy for the parallel importing of cars: A Nansha-registered car dealer can claim a subsidy of 3,000 yuan per car; while a car dealer who hasn't registered in Nansha but have purchased cars through an automobile supply chain service platform in Nansha, can claim a subsidy of 500 yuan per car; a one-off subsidy of 1 million yuan to be given to a car dealer in setting up a large-scale display and trading platform for the parallel imported cars; a subsidy of 200,000 yuan for the hosting of an imported car exhibition; a car dealer who has succeeded in obtaining 3C qualification will be subsidized 200,000 yuan for each vehicle type.

Support fund award: with the one-off subsidy amount equaling to 100percent of the support grants provided by other government bodies for an exemplary e-commerce enterprise that has been verified by Chinese central government, Guangdong government and Guangzhou government; For those enterprises who have obtained export credit insurance support from provincial and municipal government, the subsidy amount is equal to 30percent of the actual insurance premium for the short-term export credit insurance.
