Development support policies for 7 preferential industries, 3 commonality policies to promote industrial development

Logistics subsidy: For a foreign trade enterprise whose annual foreign trade container handling capacity exceeding 2,000 TEUs, 10 yuan, 50 yuan and 100 yuan will be given to it respectively for any imported loaded container, exported loaded container and imported loaded container that is consolidated in Nansha; 3 million yuan to be given to any top 20 customs brokers whose annual declaration forms each exceeds 5,000; 1.5 million yuan to be given to any top 10 shipping agency in Nansha; 300 yuan of subsidy per container or 300 yuan subsidy per truck to a shipping enterprise for setting up combined transportation routes to transport air cargo from airports in Hong Kong and Macao.

Warehousing subsidy: 5 yuan per square meter per month subsidy for 3 years for cross-border e-commerce businesses in leasing warehouse; 5 yuan per square meter per month subsidy for 3 years for a car importer in leasing warehouse.

Ship trade award: Any vessel that has been traded through Guangzhou Shipping Exchange will be entitled for a a subsidy, equaling to 0.1percent of the transaction price.

Ship registration award: a one-off subsidy equaling to 60 yuan per gross ton to any international ship bearing Guangzhou Nansha or China Guangzhou as its nationality of vessel; a subsidy equaling to 2percent of the credit amount to be given to an international ship bearing Guangzhou Nansha or China Guangzhou as its nationality of vessel that undergoes registration of ship mortgage.

International ship management award: 5 yuan per gross ton subsidy for any shipping company in carrying out international ship safety management programs.

International ship inspection award: 5,000 yuan per ship subsidy for any shipping company in carrying out international ship inspection programs

International seamen training award: 1000 yuan per person subsidy to any training institution carrying out international seaman competence training; 200 yuan per person subsidy to any training institution carrying out professional skill and special skill training for international seamen.

International seaman secondment award: 400 yuan per person subsidy for carrying out international seaman secondment service.

V Financial Service

Settlement award: up to 18 million yuan of subsidy to any licensed legal-person financial institution, up to 15 million yuan of subsidy to any of its professional subsidiary company with paid-in registered capital reaching 100 million yuan, and up to 3 million yuan subsidy to any of its primary branch; up to 15 million yuan of subsidy to any key financial enterprise with paid-in registered capital exceeding 100 million yuan; up to 15 million yuan of subsidy to an equity investment enterprise (for both corporate system and partnership system) with fund management scale exceeding 500 million yuan, and with the paid-in registered capital exceeding 300 million yuan for a corporate-system equity investment enterprise, or the managed capital scale exceeding 500 million yuan for a partnership-system equity investment enterprise.

Economic contribution award: a subsidy equaling to 100percent of its economic contribution to Nansha for the first 3 years, and 70percent for the remaining 2 years to any licensed legal-person financial institution; a subsidy equaling to 95percent of its economic contribution to Nansha for the first 3 years, and 70percent for the remaining 2 years to any key financial institution; a subsidy equaling to 100percent of its economic contribution to Nansha for the first 3 years, and 60percent for the remaining 2 years to any equity investment enterprise; a subsidy equaling to 10percent of its economic contribution to Nansha if an enterprise plans to quit its investment project in Nansha, and the amount for each subsidy should be no more than 10 million yuan.
